The Tune Up ($100 Drop Off, $200 In Home)

Crisis Mode or General Assistance (Free Upfront Estimate: $25/hr Drop Off, $50/hr In Home for the first hour and $25 thereafter)

Enable wireless encryption

Analyze your wirless network and determine best placement of wireless router to ensure optimal connectivity.
Recommend hardware/software upgrades to optimize network performance (as necessary)
Check the performance of you Internet connection (i.e., Cable or DSL) to ensure it is configured properly and performing optimally.

The base price includes one wireless device (i.e., main computer, printer, iTouch, etc.).
